NELI Language Groups in Pixie Class

Class: Reception (Pixie) Year: 2021 - 2022

The Nuffield Early Language Intervention (NELI) is a programme for children in Reception (4-5 years) which has been found to improve children’s language and early literacy skills.

The children have really been enjoying their NELI sessions with course leader Mrs Davies. We can really see that these sessions are developing the children's listening, attention and speaking skills, their vocabulary is developing along with their confidence and social skills. 

It is fantastic seeing them share what they have been doing in their groups with their peers and the teachers.
