Welcome back to the new academic year, 2026–27, at Pippins Primary School.

The new year also marks the beginning of a new relationship with Marish Academy Trust, with Pippins now joining as a full partner within the Trust.

A very warm welcome to everybody in the Pippins community, whether you are a child, a parent or carer, a member of staff, a governor, or associated with our school in some other way. This is a really exciting new start for us all.

Miss Court and I will be at Pippins throughout the week, with one or both of us in school each day. Miss Court is our Interim Headteacher, and I am now Executive Headteacher across all three schools within Marish Academy Trust.

For any safeguarding concerns, as usual, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of our safeguarding team. Mrs Manners is our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), supported by our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs): Miss Kang, Miss Court, Mr Anwar and myself.

Thank you for the warm welcome and support we received at Pippins last year. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with the whole Pippins community as we begin this exciting new chapter together.
